Ingredients:
- 500 g lean beef mince
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 free-range egg
- 75 g fresh breadcrumbs
- 75 ml milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
For The Glaze:
- 125 ml tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce

- Extra virgin olive oil
- Nonstick spray (e.g. Spray & Cook)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 170°C (338°F).
- Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl until just combined.
- Lightly grease a baking tray with nonstick spray and olive oil.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on the tray, or use a small bread oven dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Combine ketchup and Tabasco to make the glaze.
- Brush glaze over the meatloaf and bake for another 15 minutes
