Method
- Blend or mush the 2 avos together in a bowl The smoother your avo mush the smoother your mousse will be and the less avo-like it will taste.
- Add the Coconut cream to the avo and blend well.
- Mix the stevia and cocoa powder together in a bowl and then blend it into the avo mix.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour.
