Fresh Whole Tomatoes
Chopped

Spring Onions
Finely chopped

Green or Red Chilli
Deseeded and finely chopped

Lemon Juice

Fresh Coriander
Finely chopped
Sea Salt
To taste
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together, except the salt.
Leave to Marinade for at least 20 minutes.
You have the option to now fry the salsa in a tablespoon of olive oil for 2-5 minutes.
Season with salt.
Serve and eat on the same day.
