Crispy Meatballs

Moist and flavourful, meatballs make an excellent addition to a spaghetti dish or even just on their own as an awesome protein snack.

Ingredients

beef mince

tsp
dried basil

tsp
salt

tsp
crushed red pepper flakes

tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
½
cup
milk
½
cup
freshly grated parmesan cheese
1
cup
plain dried bread crumbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C degrees /400F degrees (Fan oven, slightly cooler)
lightly spray a baking tray with nonstick cooking spray
combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl
mix thoroughly until ingredients are evenly distributed
shape into small balls, whatever size you choose, they should all be roughly the same size for even cooking. (Tip) I use an ice cream scoop)
Bake for 25 minutes.
*Serve with spaghetti and pasta sauce of your choice.
