Fresh Mint
Finely chopped

Instructions
Grate your cucumber and, one handful at a time, squeeze out the extra juices.
Place the squeeze cucumber in a bowl and add the rest of your ingredients.
Mix well and then let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for later.
