In a bowl, mix the egg whites and 1 whole egg. Add the mayo and mustard.
In a separate bowl, pour the crumbs into the bowl
Season the steak. Dip the steak in the crumbs, covering both sides. Dip the steak in the egg. Then dip in the crumbs again.
Heat 50ml of the oil in a frying pan to medium heat. Fry the steak for4 minutes each side till golden brown. Repeat with all the steaks. Add oil if needed.
