Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 300 gram marshmellows (Any colour you desire)
  • 1 cup chopped peanut brittle
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 250 gram white chocolate pieces
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan, over medium heat, melt the butter and marshmallows, adding the chocolate
  2. Stir until it forms a ball
  3. Remove from the heat
  4. Add the cherries and nuts
  5. In a small, greased bread tin, pour in the mixture
  6. Place in the fridge overnight to set
  7. Cut into desired blocks
  8. Use tissue paper to wrap individual sweets
